SRG was built on experience, trust, and a commitment to doing things right. Louis, our founder, has spent over 18 years in the construction industry, working his way up through established firms. By his early 20s, he was running large-scale projects from start to finish, managing teams on-site and ensuring every detail was delivered to the highest standard.
Raising the Standard
Inspired by his early success, Louis decided to start his own business. He began in landscaping, before expanding into groundworks for both residential and commercial clients. Today, SRG works with some of the most respected companies across the UK, while still taking pride in helping everyday homeowners with their projects.

Louis runs the business alongside his wife, Danielle, our Head of Operations. Together, they’ve built SRG into a truly family-run business with a culture of integrity, trust, and going above and beyond for every client. When challenges arise, they take personal responsibility to put things right, ensuring every project is completed with care and professionalism.
